We are a steadily growing company which has been operating in the aluminium foundry alloy field since 1945.
We have 55 workers with an average age of 40 years; 6 employees work in our 2 management offices.
We are located in Lonate Pozzolo (Varese) just a few kilometres away from Milan Malpensa International Airport (and approximately 35 kilometres from Milan). We mostly produce sand castings.
We are specialised in the
electromechanical field especially in gas sealed castings, but we have a very wide product range which includes robotics, furniture, textile machines, marine engines, defence and transport industry. Furthermore, we can supply machined, painted, assembled and packed castings.
Our present production capacity amounts to almost 1.000 tons per year in a8 hour per day program.
Our whole production process complies with the directives imposed by our Quality Control Manual and follows the ISO 9001 standards. A close collaboration with our key customers from all over Europe has resulted in improving not only our quality standards but also the currently high-level specialisation in the gas sealed castings. In order to insure a constantly high quality in all production phases, our quality control laboratory tests incoming ingot and melted metals (exact permeability and particle-size of the moulding, mechanical characteristics and casting control).
Once all these tests have been performed, the correspondent conformity certificates are released. |
